This blessing was originally written for my husband several years ago. I recently came across it and started praying it over him and myself. In a season of waiting for the Lord, let us trust that He is our help and our protection. Let us remember and believe that our hope filled waiting is not in vain.
May I wait in hope for the Lord; and know He is my help and my shield. May my heart rejoice in Him, as I trust in His holy name. May the Lord’s unfailing love be with me even as I put my hope in Him.
