  • 1 small bowl
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 fork or small whisk
  • 1 air tight container or storage bag

Ingredients
  

  • teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¾ tsp granulated garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl: cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Whisk together until fully combined. Store in an airtight container away from light and heat.
  • One batch can be used to season 1 ½- 2 pounds of chicken.
