- 2¼ teaspoon cumin
- 1½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¾ tsp granulated garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Place all ingredients in a small bowl: cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Whisk together until fully combined. Store in an airtight container away from light and heat.
One batch can be used to season 1 ½- 2 pounds of chicken.
