10-12ozbagfrozen cauliflower ricebreak apart in bag
½20oz canpineapple tidbitsdrained
½cupfull fat coconut milk
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet on MED-LOW until melted and warm, about 2 minutes. Add diced onion and pinch of salt to skillet and sauté, stirring occasionally until tender. About 3-5 minutes.
Add salt, cumin, coriander, granulated garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper. Sauté stirring frequently until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
Increase heat to MEDIUM, add cauliflower rice cook until thawed about 1 minute.
Add pineapple tidbits. Sauté stirring occasionally until cauliflower and pineapple begin to get brown spots.
Add coconut milk. Stir to combine and cook to heat through about 1 minute.
