- ⅓ cup good quality mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- 1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro leaves
In a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and cumin to make coleslaw dressing.
Add bag of coleslaw mix and fresh cilantro leaves and use a large silicon spatula or spoon to mix until fully combined. Serve right away or refrigerate and serve chilled.
