Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 3-3½ cups sweet potatoes ½" cubed
  • heaping ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Warm oil in a large deep skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add diced sweet potatoes and stir to get coated in oil. This helps the spices stick.

  • Sprinkle potatoes evenly with salt, cinnamon, and chili powder. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW, cover with lid, and cook 5 minutes undisturbed. Remove lid, increase heat to MEDIUM and cook 5 minutes stirring a few times to brown on all sides.
  • Remove from heat a serve warm.
