- 4 avocados *not large sized
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon poblano peppers small diced
- 1½ tablespoon cilantro rough chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion small diced
- 1½ tablespoon lime juice
Scoop out avocado into a medium bowl. Mash avocado well with a fork. Add salt, poblano pepper, cilantro, onion, and lime juice.
Stir until well combined. Serve immediately or chill to eat later.
